What is the Payment and Refund Policy?
Payments are processed securely through our platform. If you cancel before check-in within the allowed cancellation window, you will receive a full refund of the advance payment minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations after the window may receive a partial refund as per the property's terms.
Is my personal data safe on StayNest?
Yes. StayNest uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings in your profile, select the booking you wish to cancel, and click Cancel Booking. You will see the applicable refund amount before confirming. Cancellations are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
